Ethics

AMNI maintains its adherence to the professional ethics prescribed by the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) Standards of Conduct for both association executives and association management companies. We also subscribe to the Code of Ethics and Professional Practices of the International Association of Association Management Companies (IAAMC).

According to the Best Professional Practices of Association Management Companies outlined by ASAE, "The reliance of association leaders on the leadership and counsel of association management companies imposes on the industry an obligation to maintain high standards of competence and integrity."
